Popcorn with an EasyPeasie twist

EasyPeasie "easy peasy" Recipe

For those veggie-lovers, season your popcorn with EasyPeasie Green Blend for a tasty, savory green veggie flavor!

Detailed Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons EasyPeasie Green Blend
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Pop the Corn: In a large pot with a tight-fitting lid, heat the coconut oil or vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add 3-4 popcorn kernels to the pot and cover. Once the kernels pop, add the rest of the popcorn kernels in an even layer. Cover and remove from heat for 30 seconds.
  2. Cook the Popcorn: Return the pot to the heat. The popcorn should begin popping all at once. Once the popping starts, gently shake the pot occasionally to ensure even cooking and to prevent the kernels from burning. Once the popping slows to several seconds between pops, remove the pot from the heat and uncover.
  3. Season the Popcorn: Drizzle the melted butter or olive oil over the popcorn, tossing to coat evenly. Sprinkle the EasyPeasie Green Blend over the popcorn, again tossing to ensure even distribution. Add salt to taste, and give it one final toss.
  4. Serve and Enjoy: Transfer the popcorn to a serving bowl and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and crunch.

Note: EasyPeasie Green Blend adds a nutritious and flavorful twist to this classic snack, making it a perfect choice for movie nights, parties, or just a healthy snack. The blend's subtle veggie flavor pairs wonderfully with the buttery popcorn, offering a unique taste that both kids and adults will love!
