Born with the idea to add dried and ground vegetables to the kids’ meals, giving them veggie flavor exposures early and often, EasyPeasie was brought into the market in 2016 as EasyPeasie Veggie Blends.

How It Works

1. Cook With It!

Sneak in servings of vegetables as you cook! EasyPeasie mixes in great with sweet or savory dishes
— burgers, marinara sauce, curries, pancakes,
muffins, eggs, and more!

2. Shake With It!

Shake onto rice, mashed potatoes, hot cereals,
mac and cheese, popcorn... On family night out,
take your "veggies on-the-go!"

3. Drink With It!

Mixes into many drinks, including milk! Grown-ups
use EasyPeasie as a natural sweetener in coffee,
tea, and smoothies!

Sneak veggies into applesauce

Add a teaspoon of EasyPeasie Red Blend (beets, carrots, peas, butternut squash) to a 4oz cup of applesauce. Every teaspoon adds a serving of vegetables for a 2- or 3-year old. This will be your kids' new favorite "seasoning"!

Make veggies disappear in spaghetti

2 tablespoons of EasyPeasie Green Blend (kale, spinach, carrots, peas, sweet potatoes) will easily hide in spaghetti sauce and other similar sauces. Every 2 tablespoons of EasyPeasie adds a cup of veggie nutrition! Add an extra boost of vegetables to meals for the whole family!

Hide veggies in the pancakes

Add 2 tablespoons of EasyPeasie Natural Blend (carrots, peas, & butternut squash), and an extra splash of milk to every cup of pancake mix. This adds 2 tablespoons of vegetable nutrition per pancake! Sneak in veggies without them even knowing.
