Sneak veggies into applesauce

Add a teaspoon of EasyPeasie Red Blend (beets, carrots, peas, butternut squash) to a 4oz cup of applesauce. Every teaspoon adds a serving of vegetables for a 2- or 3-year old. This will be your kids' new favorite "seasoning"!

Make veggies disappear in spaghetti

2 tablespoons of EasyPeasie Green Blend (kale, spinach, carrots, peas, sweet potatoes) will easily hide in spaghetti sauce and other similar sauces. Every 2 tablespoons of EasyPeasie adds a cup of veggie nutrition! Add an extra boost of vegetables to meals for the whole family!

Hide veggies in the pancakes
