Simply add 1/4 cup EasyPeasie Red Blend to your favorite brownie mix with an extra splash of oil. Easy peasie ;)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup EasyPeasie Red Blend
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk them together until smooth.
  3. Add Dry Ingredients: Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  4. Incorporate EasyPeasie: Stir in the EasyPeasie Red Blend, ensuring it's evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  5. Transfer and Bake: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the rainbow sprinkles generously on top.
  6. Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few crumbs.
  7. Cool and Serve: Once baked, remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Afterward, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
