I mostly try to make sure I have vegetables with my meals, and the green blend is an added seasoning cooked in my meals giving me more vegetable choices. The ginger blend for me, goes great with my coffee, tea, sweet potatoes...etc. Very convenient. Thank you Peasies!

I only recently became aware of the benefits and pleasure of adding the ginger blend to my morning coffee. Adding two teaspoons of ginger to my coffee is an absolute delight. Who could beat a hot drink with a shot of nutrition. YUM! Thank you EasyPeasie!
